Nutritious Meals
A delicious, well-balanced lunch prepared by Feedem is available, either sit-down or takeaway, at a very affordable price. Sunday lunches include two types of meat, rice, baked potato, two vegetables, and a delightful dessert. These affordable meals are also available to Service Centre members, provided, they are booked a day in advance.

Clinic services are provided by our qualified friendly and helpful medical staff, offering excellent care to our residents.

Affordable laundry services include washing and of laundry, curtains, and duvets. (tumble dry on request)
Library Access
The Tuiniqua Library is managed by a dedicated team, ensuring an excellent variety of reading material that is regularly updated with new books.
The library is a valuable resource that offers older persons not only access to books, but also companionship, inspiration, and opportunities for active ageing.

Members also get to enjoy access to our clinic for chronic medication collection, consultations with a Medical Dr (Government Dr), and regular visits from the Ear Institute and Optometrist. On top of these practical benefits, our vibrant activities programme includes Bingo, boules and more. Annual events like the Valentine’s Day Sokkie are also highlights to look forward to.

At Tuiniqua Care Centre, we are committed to the health and well-being of our residents, which is why we conveniently offer quality healthcare services on the premises.
General Practitioner And Clinic Services
Our on-site clinic provides members with access to a bi-weekly visit from a Government Dr. for consultations and ongoing care. Members can also collect chronic medication and benefit from regular health check-ups at the clinic.
Social Work
Tuiniqua Care Centre offers the expertise of a qualified social worker that is registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP). This service focuses on enhancing the social functioning and well-being of individuals, families, and groups. Whether you need emotional support, guidance, or advocacy, our social worker is here to help you navigate life’s challenges.
