We regularly receive heartfelt feedback from our residents at Tuiniqua Care Centre. Here is a special letter from one of our residents, sharing their experience of life in our home – a beautiful reflection of the care and community that Tuiniqua Care Centre provides.

A total of 135 questionnaires were distributed, with 115 partially or fully completed. The data collected from the questionnaires was used to measure satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
